Besides being the founder, Helen has been a dedicated yogi for many years before becoming a teacher. She specializes in Hatha yoga and practices with props like the yoga ball and wheel, making yoga accessible and safe for everyone. With her guidance, students learn to build both strength and mindfulness on the mat.
With many years of experience, Yen brings depth and versatility to her classes. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga (including Yin and deep stretch), while also guiding students through challenging poses and Power Yoga. Her teaching blends discipline and care, helping students expand their practice confidently.
Passionate and energetic,
Nhi specializes in dynamic yoga flows that bring movement and breath together. She loves guiding students into more advanced postures, with a special focus on headstands and balance. Her classes are designed to leave you feeling energized, focused, and inspired.
Gentle yet precise,
Hanh focuses on refining alignment and fixing poses to support each student’s body. She teaches both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, guiding her classes with patience and care. Students appreciate her warm approach to building strength while practicing safely.
